Jiangyin Liaoyuan New Energy Co., Ltd., founded in 1997, is a Chinese manufacturer specializing in large forged shafts, rolled rings, and precision machined components for heavy industrial applications. Located in Jiangsu Province, about 140 km from Shanghai Port, our 60,000 m² manufacturing facility supports global OEMs across the wind power, power transmission, and heavy equipment industries.
With an annual forging capacity of 120,000 tons and more than 300 production machines, Liaoyuan provides an integrated manufacturing process covering open-die forging, ring rolling, heat treatment, CNC machining, and in-house inspection.
Our forging capabilities include open-die forged shafts up to 10 tons and 8 meters in length, as well as seamless rolled rings up to 5 meters in diameter. Combined with advanced CNC machining equipment, we supply customers with forged blanks, rough-machined components, or fully machined parts ready for assembly.
Liaoyuan components are widely used in wind turbine drivetrains, industrial gearboxes, power generation equipment, and other heavy-duty machinery.
Typical products include forged shafts, rolled rings, planetary gearbox components, shrink discs (locking devices), and coupling hubs, which play critical roles in high-load transmission and drivetrain systems.
Supported by a team of 380 employees, including experienced engineers and dedicated quality specialists, Liaoyuan maintains strict process control across every production stage. Our inspection capabilities include CMM measurement and advanced ultrasonic testing systems, ensuring that every forged and machined component meets international quality standards.
